Features and Applications

Actmix NPC-50GA is a special accelerator for halogen-type or halogen-carboxyl dual-active ACM rubbers. It needs to be used in combination with sodium stearate to play a promoting role in ACM rubbers. Actmix NPC-50GA has an extremely fast curing speed, while endowing the rubber compound with good storage stability. Even at 100℃, the rubber compound still has good scorch safety. Compared with other soap-based, diamine and acid accelerators, Actmix NPC-50GA can enable the rubber compound to reach a sufficient degree of cross-linking during the compression molding curing stage to obtain the required compression set performance, thus eliminating the need for a secondary curing process.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 1.0-2.0phr.
Applications: Oil-resistant rubber seals, pipe fittings, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended product shelf life is one year.
